Our cooking centers on refined American fare inspired by
French, Italian, and Mediterranean influences. Signature dishes
include prime steaks and fresh seafood, prepared with precision
and served in an elegant fine dining setting—an experience that

Our menu remains intentionally concise, allowing each dish
to be prepared with consistency and care using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Much of our produce is sourced from select California vendors, including local farmers throughout the Central Valley.
