Our Story
The Food & Menu
While The Palms is widely recognized as a fine dining steakhouse and seafood restaurant in Fresno, our menu reflects a broader approach to upscale American cuisine. Established in 2005, The Palms brings more than two
decades of culinary excellence to the Fresno dining scene.
Our cooking is inspired by refined American fare with French, Italian, and Mediterranean influences. Signature dishes include prime steaks and fresh seafood, prepared with consistency, care, and high-quality ingredients.
Much of our produce is sourced from select California vendors, including local farmers throughout the Central Valley.
